Welcome to Way to Yoga

Mat Pilates now at Way to Yoga

Our philosophy:

We strive to create a warm, inviting environment in which people can come to help their mind, body and spirit heal and rejuvenate. Our intention is to introduce you to yoga and then let it evolve into what it is meant to become for you personally.

Additionally we will bring in outside sources to teach topics relevant to developing and helping your whole self. As each person is unique, we strongly encourage listening to your body and moving in the direction you are led to move. We ask each student to bring their focus inward during classes and we like to remind everyone to listen to their body and not make comparisons to others as we each have our own unique goals.

All of the instructors are open to your feedback to make our studio a place that will continue to grow to fulfill the needs of our students in helping everyone meet their full potential.
