Deb Swanson, Owner, Yoga Instructor I have been practicing yoga since 2000. In 2006 I received my Yoga Alliance certification through Sun Moon Studio. Yoga was instrumental in relieving migraines due to a herniated disk in my neck. I also had back issues which yoga helped. There was a significant change in my reaction to stress and the way I looked at life in general. Due to the huge impact yoga had on my life, I wanted to share this knowledge and help others. I opened my studio in September 2006. Through the studio, I hope that many people will come to love and benefit from yoga as much as I do.
