Gentle Yoga (Deb)

Gentle yoga is a practice class focused on releasing stress through breathe and movement.  We will work on increasing flexibility and balance while building strength as we move at a slow, relaxed pace.  Props and supports are available to make sure your body feels supported as we move through different poses at the pace your body needs.

New or experienced yoga students welcome.
